3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the Customer must:

    • Reason for Return

    • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging

  2. Await confirmation and return authorization from our support team.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our team within 5–7 days of approval.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is on our part.

  • Products returned without prior authorization may be rejected.


4. Refund Policy

Upon receiving the returned item, Suche Moti will inspect and verify its condition.

Refund Approval

A refund will be issued if:

  • The product is confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The product is returned in acceptable condition per our guidelines.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after approval.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Non-Refundable Charges

Partial Refunds

Suche Moti may issue a partial refund in cases where:

5. Replacement & Warranty Terms

Suche Moti offers replacement guarantees and limited warranty terms on certain products. Replacement will be issued if:

Replacement Conditions
